Price List - Terms & Conditions of Supply

Our despatch process involves the following: 1. Check that customer orders relate to the correct part numbers; 2. Confirm that each of the products required are in stock; 3. Arrange backorders where required; 4. Quote freight & packaging costs; 5. Prepare quotation including freight costs & estimated time of delivery; 6. Process full payment prior to despatch; 7. Ensure all delivery instructions and customer details are correct. Where incorrect delivery instructions are given, we will forward the product/s by the most convenient method of transport, at the customers expense.

We have issued this price list with information and pricing available to us at this time. We hope that you understand these prices are subject to change without notice on our website due to circumstances beyond our control. It is our intention to amend these prices as soon as we are notified by our suppliers.

Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to despatch - We accept: eftpos, major credit cards (2.5% surcharge applies and 4% surcharge for American Express & Diners Credit Cards), direct deposits & cheques (clearance time applies). Cheques made payable to Bilge Ratz Marine and posted to PO Box 180 Bucasia Qld 4750.

GST
GST is payable on all items & freight; exceptions may apply where international customers can provide their Australian Government exemption number.

Freight
Customer orders will be sent via our regular freight carrier with freight charged on the customer invoice. Air freight satchel is available at cost. Whilst the supplier takes care with the packaging of orders, goods lost or damaged by air bag is the responsibility of the customer.

Backorders
After orders are received customers will be informed if any of those products are not available; whether the product can be backordered and the expected time of delivery.

Guarantee
Products are guaranteed to be free from faults when despatched. Products with valid faults are to be considered by the supplier prior to being replaced or adjusted if we are notified within 5 days upon receipt, where we request that product be returned to the supplier for inspection. If repairs are instigated other than the supplier this guarantee is not valid. No labour charge is paid by the supplier for the replacement of any product. The supplier is not responsible for fault in any product, in excess of the product replacement cost to the supplier. Products used for the purpose of commercial or hire vessels are not included in this guarantee.

Returns and Claims
No products will be accepted for return after 30 days or without written authorisation from Bilge Ratz Marine Australia. Claims for incorrect deliveries must be advised within 48 hours after receipt of products. All products must be in excellent, brand new condition in their original packaging. Products returned for any reason (except where the product is supplied in error) must have freight charges pre-paid to the address given at time of return (please call prior to returns being sent). If products are returned with freight costs on they will be returned to the customer without notification. A 20% surcharge applies to all product returns. Only our mistakes or valid warranty claims will be accepted. A legible delivery docket or invoice must be included with a valid reason for return of product/s. Only standard products or regular stock items can be considered as returnable products.

Insurance
If requested by customers insurance can be organised for specific orders.

Quantity Discounts
Wherever possible we encourage bulk orders to provide good discount advantages for our customers. Please contact our staff to discuss a discount structure.
